Welcome to Rural Matters

Welcome to Rural Matters blog. Rural Matters is sponsored by the Rural School and Community Trust.

We'll regularly post news and information, perspective and comment, on issues related to rural education and small schools.

A blog is an interactive web site. That means that anyone with computer access can participate in Rural Matters. We want to hear your perspective and news. Just click on the word "comment" under any post and follow the simple instructions.

By clicking on "comment" you can also read what others are saying on topics of interest.

Rural Matters archives all posts in topical categories. That will make it easier for you to follow topics that are of particular interest to you. In addition, all posts are also archived chronologically by month.

In addition, Rural Matters provides Resource Pages. These topical pages are regularly updated and provide useful links to studies, web sites, and other resources.

Blogging is fun and easy and we want to hear from you. What are you concerns, your joys, your experiences working and living in rural schools and communities? Share them on Rural Matters, we want to hear.
